Tutorial Button

I think the tutorial button should be put back in the main menu again, so new players can actually find it.

either that or have a GUI come up at the start asking the player if they want to go through the tutorial

If the tutorial button is added, make it go away after clicking it once, and leaving it in the gamemodes menu
