So, first time in my life, I will be making honor roll in all four semesters.
My father said that if I did, he would personally buy me a gun of my choice under a $2,000 budget.

I need help on deciding on what gun.

Either the Kel Tec RFB
Ambidextrous accurate bullpup .308, what's not to love?

Springfield M1A
Classic 7.62x51 DMR

Romanian AES-10b
AK47 on steroroids.
One chambered in 5.45x39 for large ammo dumps and wallet is happy.

FNH PS90
50 round bullpup.

or a Bushmaster ACR
Reliable, all out amazing replacement for an AR.

NEW GUN
VZ58
Much more reliable version of an AK, however its made by the Czech republic and is nothing like an AK internally.

Any gun heads help me decide here? Ammo price is not a problem.

Also, you can recommend me guns.Say the MP5 and you're dead.

Call me stupid but I don't get why you'd spend 2k on a gun when you can spend it on so many better and more useful stuff.

So, coming from a person who has only ever fired a shotgun before, and only on one day, and has no real interest in shooting, I personally would go for the Springfield M1A, because it looks the prettiest, in my opinion.

I'm putting weight, accuracy, reliability, and how loving cool it looks into consideration.
M1A is amazing but its a workout to run around with at the range. However, I would get a polymer stock to decrease that weight, but it would be over my budget.

Shooting cans and stuff is fun.
That reminds me lol, there was a squirrel that ran across the range and some guy shot it in the leg but it was still alive, so I went over there with a 50AE and nearly shot it in half. I got a pic of me holding it but I can't post gore.
