Major cities are inland. You only can get to one. Kosagrad. That's not to say your Marines haven't attacked seaside towns and ports though.

Elmic forces besiege Kosagrad. The city has been preparing for this for two years. Elmic forces take obscene casualties trying to enter the city, between minings, pit-traps, obsitcles, pre-aimed light cannons, minings, dirty bullets, minings, cavalry wires, caltrops. Every horror imaginable.

Along the coasts there are few Federal Regiments to assist in defense, though the marines are grossly outnumbered by reservists. Progress slows. Several docks are deliberately burned.

Another 20,000 Federal Troops are added to the registry.

fair enough, i said major cities because i don't know the names of any of your cities

that being said, hundreds of thousands of troops are still hundreds of thousands of troops

the first few thousand clog up the most dangerous traps quite quickly

Some rough maps of Vlast with the approximate amount of territory controlled by both sides, and labelled cities could help. Seems like both sides are bumbling about a little.

The south most city is Soyuzagorsk. It's damn well defended. There's a bay to the south of it. At the entrance, to the east and west lie Kremlin Alexei and Kremlin Czesław respectively.

The two cities in what used to be Dudal are besieged but more or less abandoned by Vlast's forces. Astura is fighting the natives who are once again on drug-fueled rampages. They are also armed with boomsticks and the works.

The east most city is Kosagrad, formerly Elektrislav, which has been made into a fortress the past two years. Of undisclosed estimates of Vlasts forces, which range between 300,000 and 500,000 men, 45% are on the East Front, with the vast majority near Kosagrad. 40% are on the West front, hanging back. The remaining 15% are spread about the coast, but most are in the Bay Area. The coast is reinforced with innumerable reservists, militia, and resistances.

innumerable is invalid

and the marines are sticking to the docks, meaning they're getting a lot of supporting fire from the ships

if a dock burns, they simply move onto the next dock... disabling the docks is the primary objective for the marines.

A key railway bridge in the UEK is blown up as a train carrying Dante Camilo and a few high ranking military officers are on board, bound for the Elmic capitol.  The train was destroyed and there were no survivors.

An important naval transport in Burellian waters is blown up as Lord Hersche and a few admirals are on board, bound for the Burellian capitol. The ship was sunk and there were no survivors.

It wasn't us, bro what the hell.

It wasn't us, bro what the hell.

then who was it? telar? because vlast's kind of surrounded and would have serious trouble setting something like that up

and if you say i have genuinely dangerous rebels

just

no.

Has the UEK started moving traditional land forces into Vlast? I forget.

I can't tell you because it would be abusing moderator power.  All I can say is that it wasn't me and that the secret action was taken years before the event.

most of my army is sieging right now, yeah

anyway i'm gonna make it clear now that the sunken bur ship post was satirical and not an actual IC post

75% of the northern fleet breaks off and begins attacking the fleets attacking port cities.

Taken into consideration:
anyway i'm gonna make it clear now that the sunken bur ship post was satirical and not an actual IC post

A diplomat is sent to the UEK, with the purpose of proposing the removal of any willing refugees from the war in Vlast.

the UEK begins repairing the bridge, and until repairs are completed, temporary stops are set up on the two ends of the destroyed bridge. several convoys of men and horses are used to haul things between each side.

A prestigious Kyrevan general, von Gneisenau, is appointed the head of the southwestern campaigns.
