Wicherton was born from another empire called 'Whitheran'. Whitheran was a very expansive, capitalist empire. The smoke of the factories that kept the empire afloat choked the citizens. The problem was, the taxation on food and medical supplies was sky rocketing, and the government did absolutely nothing to do help. The government was strict, and everyone had a job, like the Soviet Union. Soon, strikes started flaring in Kirk and in multiple industrial towns. The worst of it was in Owin. It was the most congested, urban city in the nation. Soon, the strikes would turn into riots. The government would notice this, and punish the citizens with an embargo. The government was shaken by this, many company's collapsed, leaving the citizens starved and even more angry. Soon, a resistance formed. Firefights became more frequent and the Court became nervous about this. Bolkivic Ghostov, the leader at the time, brought the army to home. A huge battle was fought called the Battle of Jarvon, since the battle was fought in Jarvon, leading to resistance victory. The victory brought a huge moral boost to the resistance, but they needed a leader. Harold Charels was brought up to the plate. Harold asked Von Jesse Ghova and Javson Ivory to help him make a Declaration of Independence. Soon, both three representatives signed the declaration. The revolution was close to end, the resistance were inching their way towards the capital, and Bolkivic was scared for his life, there was nowhere to go. Soon, the resistance reached the capital city and descended upon the little amount of soldiers guarding the capital building. Then, Bolkivic was apprehended, and sent to jail for life. Harold was elected president, Von was elected Secretary of Defense for his numerous victories in the revolution, and Javson was elected to the Department of Treasury, and other leaders were elected in the Council. The Council was a new parliament, basically. The country was renamed Wicherton, citizens were moved from the smoky cities to the more clearer areas in the country. Wicherton is founded.
