Ah.  Should have asked me to put UK in stasis.  Or did you?

The navy detachment, after bombarding the artillery placement on the shoreline, lands the mariner units, who after encountering a rather rough landing met by enemy reinforcements, are able to hold off before a second mariner detachment as the Teleri fleet joins to assert control.  The mariner forces push inward and target a nearby weapons cache that is now less defended as the reinforcements came from there.

Meanwhile, at the border, the force of 65,000 takes up position in forests to the north, using the cover to their advantage for sharpshooting, while artillery begins to fire at their line from the center in attempt to break it up while cavalry tries to flank them from the south.  Light infantry and some heavy infantry are sent after the cavalry to the north and south, and is attempting to creep across the terrain, using any cover to their advantage.  Heavier infantry is to maintain their position around the artillery.

The mariners are ordered to attack the weapons cache, seize what they can, to both resupply and to hoard aboard ships waiting offshore.  After this, they are ordered to do what they can to thwart intelligence, cut supply lines, and eventually meet up with the main land force.

I thought I would be able to but then we had to leave for the airport earlier than I thought we would have.

Pretty much just consider yourself at the same point as when you left.

Admiral First Princess Ormanda orders the port city to be taken under control, having received a surrender notice.  The city, having been captured in three days, notifies the capitol of this region.  (Might as well make an NPC for now.)

Burellis gives another offer to the region, and offers the state limited autonomy under Burellis so long as the region gives up its military assets and gives the right to issuing firearms and firearms licenses to Burellis.  Citizenship handling is to go by the previous offer.

Harold tries to buy more land to the North.

Harold tries to buy more land to the North.
The locals are unwilling to give up the land, as many of them are wealthy because it is fertile land, unless a price high enough can be named.

Which reminds me.  Resource maps soon.

I didn't mean to buy land from the locals but ok

Harold offers $4500 from the Federal Bank.

No, I'm talking about the locals who live in the "unclaimed" land.

The colony is not for sale.

Either way, they refuse, because they have no use for dollars.

The strongman is informed that the first diplomat, who threatened a purge, has been purged himself in response to his [the diplomat's] impotent aggression.

The UEK assures the strongman that his land and people would remain their own state, albeit tied to the UEK.

results?

Sorry, busy day.
The strongman agrees to this, and the army comes back out from the shadows for the most part, aside from a few deserters.

the strongman is offered a position in the UEK's council

he doesn't have to move to the UEK, of course, he can use messengers from his current abode

Oh, well okay, but I could have sworn it said from the colony, but anyways, what land are you trying to buy?

The unclaimed land in the north of my empire

Astura sends 1 90-gun ship and 2 76-gun ships full of food supplies and materials in search of trade, civilisation or unclaimed land toward the south
