pretty sure there's nothing substantial. but it doesn't really matter because the smell is a big enough reason to keep it in designated places or your home

It depends on how you intake marijuana. Vaporizing it would not cause lung cancer, however, smoking it could possibly cause lung cancer. I believe edibles would not cause lung cancer.
