not all weed smells bad. regular weed's smell resembles skunk in a way. there are ones that smell tropical, and some smell like fresh baked cookies.

Only if you're severely faded. Like I got the highest I have ever been last Tues and if I could drive, I would REALLY not want to. That's the thing, weed will make you paranoid as forget. Alcohol lowers your inhibitions.

It depends on how you intake marijuana. Vaporizing it would not cause lung cancer, however, smoking it could possibly cause lung cancer. I believe edibles would not cause lung cancer.
