I remember I had a wonderful time when I and some friends decides to host a server just to chill out and hang out, it was some sort of social type of server we did that the only purpose is to simulate friends visiting someone's house or hanging out in the city, it was interesting and a nice experience, one day we even added daycycle so we could simulate a sleepover, but those servers were limited to our little group of friends and eventually everyone disbanded, so I was thinking, what if similar concept could be brought into a public populated server, where your objective is to socialize and befriend people in Blockland? No freebuilding or messing around, more like a social simulation, and if you behave badly people around you will often stay away from you (a chat mod for that where only people close to you can see what you typed would be nice)
Sure that can sound silly or stupid for maybe a lot of people (or not) but I had a lot of fun with that and I thought this could be a thing so I wanted to share this to see if anyone gets interested to host this type of server, a teamspeak or skype voice group could be made in the server so people can come over and talk, or separated groups are made for each location in the map, let's say a café or the park, I've been thinking that it would be fun.
