Do you capitalize and/or punctuate your sentences on the forum?

I type in the way that would best translate to the mood. But usually I capitalise and punctuate. I'm a firm believer in "a sentence that's written incorrectly in the right way can relate more than a sentence with perfect grammar and punctuation ever could".

I use punctuation and grammar correctly, but sometimes I don't bother with capital letters, especially on short posts.
