Author Topic: Do you capitalize and/or punctuate your sentences on the forum?  (Read 2934 times)

he agrees with you
why would you ever think anything other than that
Because the phrase "Quote for truth" is very vague...?

not in this case, like why would you need to prove that you use correct grammar to him when you already did in the quote he was quoting

you tell me

actually I go out of my way to do it. I can't turn off automatic capitalization on my phone so whenever I'm using it to post on the forum I have to deliberately turn off the shift button after every period or new line or whatever
same if I'm using steam or skype on my phone to talk to someone, unless I'm kinda close to them and I feel like I can relax (isn't it weird that "relaxing" equates to using capital letters where I should)

I always use proper grammar when writing posted content, but rarely if ever in direct communication / instant messages unless the context is formal.
Ditto. Ain't nobody got time for proper punctuation when chatting online.

i don't capitalize, don't use punctuation and don't capitalize the word 'I' unless there's a serious discussion

I've just made habit of it after taking a few typing classes, I don't understand the big deal behind using capitalization or punctuation in relaxed situations.

To settle this great debate once and for all, I am indeed agreeing with your opinion.
