There is. You can make a dedicated server. Use the search button to find a tutorial on how to start one and configure it.

You can but why not start off on your own PC and then head over to a dedicated hosting service?

Not like there's much of a choice now-a-days. IIRC, BlockNet is the only service still alive.

IIRC means If I Recall Correctly. There used to be plenty of services available but they died.
