All of the ones listed above have been released or "leaked" to the public at one point or another. The only add on I would consider rare that has been mentioned in this topic is dueling. I would love to have it if someone knows how to get it.

not the rarest, were talking about the hardest add on to obtain, 99% will just be private add-ons. mini nuke was/probably still is really easy to obtain.
