Jump on the bar above you, before grabbing the gun off of the gta advertisement. Attempt to shoot it at the bug. If that does not work, throw it. Once that is complete, grab and use the windows symbol as a throwing star and kill the grey orb thing above you.
Once your done with that, try to leave jpeg realm.

There's a big scary flying eyeball that we don't know what it does over there. Could block our exit. Just use the back button for a boost, then ride the scroll bar all the way, launching you into the portal. Also take the "-50%" thing with you on your way out in case you need to use it to cut enemies in half.

Edit so you see it, do this, if that doesn't work, hit with back button again, if that doesn't work, do what legoboss said and shoot it with a gun then throw it, and if THAT doesn't work, summon lord gaben.
