Probably because they look at inventory's of players, EG. if you have a load of tf2 items (like me) their probably gonna get you

my inv is private and I've never traded anyone except a few friends

I get like... 1 per week. But my I ask one of my friends to add me on steam. :'c
But still, I have so many loving steam friends, probably enough to get in touch with anybody on blockland, that has steam.
