When I think of Avast. (friend warning)

Now why did you know this exist?

Do you secretly like fluttershy's ass and clicked the first link after a google search?

recycle binned. Emptied it.
You did it wrong

Assuming you use windows go to control panel. Click programs then uninstall program. Find the program and do just that.

Side note: Found 7 virus's, but this scan is taking forever. Any way to speed it up or just get rid of the virus's i already found?

Edit: Holy stuff 44 detected objects

Edit 2: 148

let it scan everything

do something else while it's scanning

upgrade your norton
Norton is a piece of stuff

And that won't speed up virus removal

Are you computer illiterate?

Use windirstat to visualize occupied memory.

https://windirstat.info/

begin the search for bullstuff.

Unless I'm misunderstanding you; are you saying that some kind of activity (disk read/write) is at 100%, or that your hard drive has been filled by something? (if your hard drive is filled, then what I said above makes sense, otherwise, ignore it)

If it's read/write, open Resource Monitor

Itt: forums would rather throw a fit over something made for fun based on something they liked (and done pretty well I might add) than help a user with a problem
