Author Topic: Should the legal drinking age be dropped to 18?  (Read 4004 times)

Well the likelihood that someone under 18 would vote for the drinking age to be lowered is like 100% ofc... Because literally everyone wants the ability to drink so...
obviously not. have you read the thread? or even looked at the poll?

Alcohol is bad though, I'm still waiting for the anti-drinking campaign to come like the smoking one did.

Implying the person is not mature enough that would be correct  but there is a few % of us that see this differently and can think rationally and responsibly upon decisions like these.

In simplest terms, only people who want to drink really bad will vote yes and will never vote no.

People under 18 aren't legally adult to vote for this stuff anyway, but yeah I agree with you, age doesn't always determine a person's ability to make educated decisions.

Well the poll doesn't say much about the voters' ages, though yeah I agree 100% is an exaggerated estimate.

debating here is illegal as there is already one (1) great debate topic
Most of that is non-issues trying to gather attention on a megatopic.  It's a containment topic.

yes the guy who made it is quite gay

yes the guy who made it is quite gay
it is good we don't debate if he's gay on the great debate topic because the only poll option would be yes he is, huh?

raise the age to 35

half of that is because nobody here has ever gone to a party in their life (or probably don't really have any friends at all) and they still believe the stuff they heard in middle school health class.

the drinking age stupid, if you're an irresponsible idiot at 18 chances are you're still going to be an idiot at 21. i don't understand how it's 300 million other people's problem either way.
