It's funny that you posted that. I always thought Thor was such a great guy, really successful, he never told me about a bad day. I always thought I'd be the one to go, but now look at where we are.

If there's any doubt in your mind that he was in any way a failure, here's some fun info for you-
Thor was working two jobs, had recently just gotten his first car, built his own gaming PC, was saving money to move out of FL and to share an apartment with me here in NC, and was typically the one between the two of us who gave advice on women.

Can someone explain this to me? What does it have to do with this thread and why does it piss everyone off?

Ok I get it now

Natural selection is the process in which lesser species become extinct. For example, If you have a giraffe with a short neck and one with a long neck, the short-necked giraffes will, eventually, die off due to whatever circumstances kills them.

This pisses everyone off here, because when natural selection is used to refer to people, it's typically to call them stupid, useless, flawed, etc.

Oh also I edited the OP, better pic of Thor, lifespan and a couple more minor details like his post stats.

The above image is clickable and is all of Thor's stats as a forumer. As you can see, help was his most common board.

Was the 2k one his first or second? I'm asking because a lot of people have alt keys that are 2ks for some reason.

The 2k was his first key, then he acquired the 19k later on for a friend of his.

I'm not exactly sure what made you come down to this, but from what I've seen and what Adin has said, Thorfin seems to have been a pretty good and successful dude. Saying that him dying is apart of natural selection doesn't really correlate with the kind of person Thorfin is, it's extremely disrespectful, and it obviously doesn't make you look good in the eyes of the community.

due to whatever circumstances kills them.
can't reach the food in the trees
I'm not exactly sure what made you come down to this
he did it because he knew you guys would react like this. that's the only reason

[inset elm trollface here]

he did it because he knew you guys would react like this. that's the only reason

then is he technically trolling? or purposely being an starfish?

or both?

...sigh...

Nobody ever said life was easy, and by killing yourself isn't the right thing to do.

Self Delete is stupid.

I do not even know the guy, but looking at these posts, he was a nice helpful guy.
Why are the awesome taken away from us rather frequently?

Rest in Peace

save your uninspired philosophizing about how stupid Self Delete for a time when it's called for - like maybe a time when someone hasn't just committed Self Delete

A shame that he was backed into that corner. Nobody should ever have to feel that kind of alone. There are always free people there for you, whether they be those you know personally or the kind souls who volunteer for hotlines and online chat rooms. Don't be afraid to reach out. People want to help, and there's always another way.
