the free comics are typically just preview sorta things, though there was a rather thick attack on titan thing that my sister got that was basically a collection of previews

Nothing according to your website that's participating, it seems.

I'm about 30-45 minutes from the nearest town via public transport anyway (which is all I have access to), and the only library my little town has is our uni one, which doesn't really have comics. :(
