Stationary vehicle exit + Setvehicletransform

Can someone make me a mod that makes it so you must be (somewhat) stationary to exit your vehicle and a setvehicletransform event? I heard there was a setvehicletransform event floating around so if you have it could you please post it here?

Setplayertransform- I found an old topic on this but it's really old. I think if you look up rtb forums and go to addons you can still find it. But the searchbar won't work (for me anyway) because of the rtb shutdown.

Stationary vehicle - I'm sure I've heard of this. Maybe you should ask a scripter like jess.
