Seriously, this happens with most threads here.
A thread is started about whatever. There's always that one person that sees it and doesn't like the idea the thread suggests, and they feel the need to stuff on it however possible. Really, if your purpose of your post is purely to stuff on the thread and op, maybe you shouldn't loving post in the first place. I know how it sounds, but really, nobody wants you around if all you are is a buzzkill.

yeah tbh it is pretty bad how aggressive it is here
regardless of what the actual context of this thread was or even if the attitude of this community is going to change or not, it makes it hard for me to recommend this game because i have to tell them to only go to trusted servers where they'll hopefully get the least of the stuff/a private server or just not do so at all

I do agree that the community is a bit hostile but, if you say something stupid you deserve to be told you're stupid. With that said it should not be a petty insult that is off topic.
