When enabled on a player, when that player chats the uppercase letters will be lowercase and vice versa.

This is easy to do. Just get every alphabetical character and switch it with its case-oposite.

That's not trolling, it can be used to troll. Basically any useful add-on to stop a client can be abusive, and anyone can troll it.

This request has the word "troll" in it anyways. This has no useful part for the client but to piss them off.
