Really depends on how active you want to be.

If you're involved in a big alliance or major world development, you'll probably end up spending 45-15 minutes a day managing your nation, probably more coordinating with your alliance members and stuff.

If you're in a small alliance/not really involved in world affairs, maybe 10-5 minutes a day.

Turns end every day at 12 AM and 12PM CST.
