I'm skeptical of the effects that an oestrogen-based diet will provide is all, compared to more direct therapies.
I just think if you're wanting to develop a feminine body then you shouldn't put all your eggs in that particular basket.
I think there's a better call for a regularly balanced diet, exercise, and then good quality skin care. I wouldn't rely solely on conuming foods supposedly high in oestrogen.
