There isn't much I've done recently that I can physically represent, but a system is in place for Custom Voice Ranges, and implementation shouldn't be too difficult,
Will custom voice ranges be applicable for actions as well?

For /me type commands? Possibly. It's very hard to give a range for those, I'll look into it as I toy around with the system itself

There have no shots in the vicinity and I hope it proceeds to be none.

Dynamic and Custom Voice ranges has been implemented and fully tested.
It seems both these functions are good to go, and it's possible to convert any command into a me command. I've shifted focus away from the GUI to get more of the basic systems down to go.

mm good progress!

this definitely needs a bump

I would agree.
The reason this hasn't seen much progress has been a combination of laziness, and working on time traveling glowing bat thingies (I have no idea what it is) and action packed stuffty physics racing.

This sounds great, looking forward to seeing where it goes!

Alphadin needs some more motivation. :^(

Added the entirely overlooked OOC command and allowed for custom OOC ranges and such. Also you can now change the color from green.

We are now RainbowRP

Seems interesting enough, and the fact that you didn't immediately asked for scripting help fills me with interest on the project.
Likewise.

Did this end up in the right topic?

Writing up the Radio System.
It has currently a single setting you can modify, RadioType.
0 means Basic Radio
1 means Named Radio
2 means Numerical Radio
3 means Complex Radio
Basic Radio is just a single unnamed radio channel.
1 and 2 are explained in OP
Complex Radio is you can access any radio channel #.

Any suggestions for other settings?
