I'd take a kitchen knife, and hide in my basement with my family, living off the immense amount of canned food and honey we have. Water would be a problem; eventually, we'd have to drive over to the well to get water, where there's an infinite supply. The zombies would die off after a few weeks from running out of food, where of which we'd come back up to the surface, famished but living. We'd then take the other canned food that we left upstairs, and maybe start barricading our house. We'd stay inside for another week or two, waiting for the insane living to die off, etc. etc. and keep on living. Maybe steal a few chickens from other nearby houses, we could live off of those. We also have a community garden next door we could live off of; maybe we could also live through the apocalypse with our landlord next door. The problem would be looters, though we have a pistol and a few hundred bullets somewhere in the house.
Our other option is to go to one of the nearby woods, where zombies wouldn't ever come anywhere near. And the woods are hundreds and hundreds of acres; we could set up some sort of camp in the trees, where nobody would find us, after moving supplies back and forth (which I have no idea how we'd do, if we couldn't, we could live off scarce food in the forest). Water would be our main problem, but maybe the water pumps there are from groundwater; I have no idea.
Zombie Apocalypses would be easier than they're shown inside of games; zombies eventually will run out of food, since they're idiots and can't eat anything but humans. Plus, the only possible natural virus for a 'zombie', (being airborne-mutated rabies) would kill off zombies in about a week due to lung infection.
