Will the add-ons uploaded need to be approved by moderators? If so, they should definitely all require a good knowledge of TorqueScript. I'm sure there would be many in the coding community that would be willing to do it(myself included).

they will be manually approved yes. I will open moderators apps when the website will be done.

This will be so cool. Hopefully you guys finish it!! I think it is very useful that you have a wall and stuff so players are able to keep up on whats going on in the community. I also think that a rating system for builds/addons/etc would be nice to have on there. Goodluck! I'd love to help/test however possible.
