But turning off transparency is an option, in build 10130, the toggle for transparency is still there.
you mean.. you actually preferred windows 7's aero theme? what? why? it always brings me to flashbacks of these themes and i die a little inside when i have to use themperhaps that's why using windows 7 feels so archaic and obsolete
Update on my situation: Checked out windows 10 and I love it, but I moved down to windows 8 since this is my only PC and I can live with the month wait.
Hey, how do I upgrade to Windows 10 early, then get the real deal (full version)?
ImportantThe easiest way to convert an ISO file to a DVD is to use Windows Disc Image Burner.Remember, trying out an early build like this can be risky. That's why we recommend that you don't install the preview on your primary home or business PC. Unexpected PC crashes could damage or even delete your files, so you should back up everything. If you want to stop using Windows 10 Insider Preview and return to your previous version of Windows, you'll need to reinstall your previous version from the recovery or installation media that came with your PC—typically a DVD. If you don't have recovery media, you might be able to create recovery media from a recovery partition on your PC using software provided by your PC manufacturer. You'll need to do this before you upgrade. Check the support section of your PC manufacturer's website for more info. After you install Windows 10 Insider Preview, you won’t be able to use the recovery partition on your PC to go back to your previous version of Windows.

DO NOT GET THIS.This is the PREVIEW, its still buggy and there are patches released all the time as well as new builds.I can't stop you but if you want to deal with all the bugs and things like getting a BSOD due to the synaptics touchpad taking a stuff, then go ahead. If you really can't wait then upgrade when it reaches RTM, but just so you know Microsoft has access to record pretty much everything you do on there until it reaches RTM, because its actually meant for insiders/developers.
