really just follow this https://steamcommunity.com/app/313690/discussions/0/627456487027858425/ not the best tutorial, but it's simple enough
go into CHARS/COLLECTIONS.txt http://pastebin.com/m25GWbux paste that inside the txt and save it over. you should be able to launch the game through steam still and have everything unlocked
