For any two shot weapon you would think it would have a second barrel.

At least Borderlands adds in a second barrel for 2 shot weapons.

Also the free bullet is crap it should cost 2. New Vegas wasn't afraid of making plasma weapons cost more than 1 ammo.

You should go make a mod that adds gimmicky attachments for all unique weapons. Because I would actually probably download it.

I'm sort of hesitant to follow the BoS further since Elder Maxson is a loving lunatic (still haven't found The Institute yet, don't judge or spoil pls) and Danse is basically the straight-faced version of everybody who jokes "WE MUST DESTROY COMMUNISM".

They do have cool armour, though.

the brotherhood is super tribal. they don't even want to help anyone, they just want to kill a bunch of stuff, then rule what's left through violence
it was incredibly satisfying to see the little notice telling me that I had become an enemy of the brotherhood of steel

if the railroad is an brown townogy for the... railroad, and the institute is an brown townogy for slavers, the brotherhood is an brown townogy for the kool kids klub

What do you expect? The BoS has always been a bunch of tribal cunts, forget them.

Ummmmmmmmmm that's how they've always been since Fallout 1.

It was Fallout 3 that tried making the BoS like white knights.

Technically that was a different chapter of the BoS, fallout 4 went back to the West, if I remember correctly

Fallout 4 Brotherhood is a reformed version of the DC chapter, going back to the old ways and reuniting with the BoS outcasts.

Gotta follow that codex and murder some synths

Fallout 3 still killed all interest I had with The Brotherhood. They just raped the entire faction.

I hate how in Fallout 4 they have these three factions The Gunners, The Forged and Atom Cats and they barely do anything with these factions. Atom Cats has 1 loving quest for forget sake.

You can't join the gunners or forged either.

Minor Spoilers: [Elder Lyons died after FO3, and soon after Sarah Lyons died in combat, leaving no Elder. There was a leadership crCIA and several leaders were elected and quickly deposed. The West Coast Elders, now back in contact, elected Maxson at the age of 16, just 4 years before Fallout 4. He was given the position for defeating a Super Mutant leader, and brokering a peace with the Brotherhood Outcast.].
Maxson's leadership is much more in line with the traditional view to collect/preserve technology, and to wipe out the abominations caused by the abuse of technology (mutants and now synths). Yet he still maintains some care for the people of the Wasteland, but not enough to stop the quest for tech, as Lyons did.

However, that all comes from the Fallout wiki, and has no source.
I didn't encounter any of the info about his election over the course of the game.

At least Bethesda is trying to fix the Brotherhood lore they forgeted up in the first place. The Brotherhood are not good white knights like found in Oblivion.

Oy VEY goyim, your privilege is showing!

I hate the prebuilt story of being a single mom looking for your child.

At least with NV I could make my own backstory.

I wish you could attach a flesh light module on friendly assaultrons...

I need help
