they should allow permanent refunds with early access games, seriously.
i sent a refund request for GTA 5. they are allowing requests for certain games no matter how many hours you put into it
or you could just not buy early access gamessince it's kind of the point that you're taking a chance

Still can't refund Terraria, I do have less than 2 hours on it but it's definitely older than 2 weeks but I also haven't played that game in a very long time.

If only they let you refund games that ceased development even if you bought it after after 14 days have passed, I could refund this game called patterns that looked really cool but it turned out to kind of suck big time. Oh yeah and starbound.
