They reviewed it on Top Gear and they mentioned that in previous tests part of the suspension came off, the throttle got stuck open, and it burst into flames injuring one of the hosts of 5th Gear. Then while they were testing it on Top Gear, the floor fell off.
Also they had difficulty driving it fast through the corners because it's so light it doesn't have any grip. It relies on down force to provide grip, but to get the down force you have to be driving crazy stupid fast which no one except the stig (their test driver) was able to do. (They ran into the same problem when driving a real F1 car). It set the fastest time ever around the track but since it's only about an inch off the ground, it doesn't count as a road car.
