Author Topic: I'm having issues related to connectivity in G-Mod  (Read 946 times)

I haven't played in a while, so I figured I'd have some old school fun, and all was going well until I tried to join a server.

It kicked me off saying it failed after 4 requests, I then looked at my network to see if anything there was up, it turns out I was disconnected, so I reconnected and it did the same thing.

TL;DR, I get kicked off from my router every time I join a server.

My firewall has been disabled ever since I got this laptop.

EDIT: I also download at around 200 kbps on steam and anywhere else, dunno if this helps.

Is it affecting every server, or just one specific one? When you join the server, does it need to download any files? How many other devices are connected to the router?

First of all, yes it is affecting every server, second of all, it'll always need to download files because of mods and such, but if you mean default files no, it doesn't, third of all, only my phone, my grandfather's computer and my grandmother's tablet are connected, plus their phones.
