How do you crop images to get avatars here?

Specifically, in this image, I want to crop out (hopefully using this term correctly) the red guy at the bottom right corner.



Could anyone do that for me and/or show me how?

I use paint due to easyness, just select the area you want, copy it with ctrl c, resize the drawing area by hovering over the bottom right corner and drag it close to the top left corner
then paste the image in and it'll resize it to the size you copied, then save and upload
