I remember when people were saying how bad the controller was.

Look at them now.

Just noticed the controller only has 1 joystick...
Might stick with a wireless Xbox 360 controller until I can feel one in person

The controller doesn't look like it's an abomination onto mankind anymore and the steam link is just.... worthless
how is steam link worthless, my dude?

if you have a crappy computer its probably worthless

Still undecided on the controller.

Until I have one in my hands, I won't buy it.

that's because they WERE terrible
they aren't anymore tho

What will we call this new type of PC-Console gaming hybrid?

how is steam link worthless, my dude?

The only time I could ever see it being useful is if you have a desktop that's got like 50 different cords running through it so you can't move it around easily and you constantly want to play Steam games on your big screen TV downstairs with your Steam controller

Or you live somewhere where they don't sell HDMI cables

maybe its just me but i'd pay 50 bux to not have to disconnect my PC and carry it up two floors. Then again my case is one of those huge ass things so maybe it's not such a nuisance with smaller form factor cases. To your second point: I guess ya could buy it for that, but uh... couldn't you just buy one online?

doesn't the steam link use HDMI though

Yes, I am quite interested

I'm considering getting the controller
never really been into console gaming or controllers, but it looks neat

well it comes with an HDMI cable so uh... there ya go.

steam link bores me
steam controller looks cool but it's too expensive for me
would rather get a $50 game
