Thought i'd continue the convo since I also wanted to put my two cents in. It's also in drama now since if arguments break out it'll be in the right section so it doesn't seem out of place.

I'm going to agree with what nal said for a majority of the thread. I personally just see the groups as people who hang out and like to be around each other. It's not for the sake of wrongfulness (well, a majority of the groups aren't.). It just brings people together with a certain interest. Even on the forums most of the people who post are disconnected from the group(s) they're in. I can speak for myself on that last point.

I just stick to personal friends now, D2P, Wisp and the rest. These groups turn too ugly too quick for me to even think of joining one.

I've been waiting to say this but, every time someone stuff's on a "famous" or known user, it seems the same exact people seem to disagree with op, no matter of it has content or not. Just saying
