This is the best sword ever, hands down. it can cut through a loving cinder block wall and a person behind it. Sarcasm is strong with this one

^as a samurai enthusiast I can confirm katanas are the best swords

But only the sword I posted earlier is better than a katana.

1. show sucks
2. weapon sucks
3. dual wielding sucks
4. you sucks

Dueling is the best thing ever invented.

You guys are missing out, my sword is clearly the best.

Every weapon has it's strengths and weaknesses depending on the situation, a rock is better than a rifle in close-quarters combat. A longsword is better than a knife because you can reach them before they can you, but the knife is more manuverable when you get close. Same goes for sword-on-spear combat.
oh I actually missed this

certain weapons do have advantages over another in most situations.

You guys are forgetting something verryy important..

Weirdly build IMO. Looks a bit paddle-like to me.
anything that was adapted from agriculture probably didn't make a very good weapon
Pretty much everything Ninja used were agricultural tools.

its actually rather well designed, especially when compared to the weapons from say... skyrim.

What rock are you living under

They also walked around in regular clothing, for the purpose of blending in. Kunais and the like gave the impression that the man going to kill the shogunate or something was just a farmer.

How are you going to assassinate someone while walking around wearing black and holding a katana?

I'm saying it looks like a paddle because of how wide the blade is. If it were a bit thinner, it would be fine*.

*I can't remember if the Mastersword was used with one or two hands, it's done in the style of a broadsword so it could be either-or.

Skyrim has some of the worst designed fantasy weapons ever lol
