I've decided to take a break from making sid jairo's for now

it hasn't even been a year yet and I've done more nation rps than I'm comfortable with

for that reason, I am investing my time in something completely different

no, I was planning on it to function like abs fiesta somewhat

red for war, blue for alliance, green for trade

I'm completely in love with this idea of warlords and vassals.

I can't wait to be Mercenary Cataphracts.

I'm not sure whether I should put everyone under the same banner or let people choose who to join

everyone being part of the same kingdom would make wars a lot easier (no pvp) but also less unique

It would certainly make for less arguing, and I don't oppose the idea of being a part of the same kingdom as everyone else. Getting other peoples thoughts on it may be useful.

you could use an RNG thats affected by player stats to put them in fights against npc's, although it would take a while to roll for each player

I meant for when players must fight players

it'll get messy real quick

Red/sun (never sets) is Britain, gray/eagle is Russia, purple/fire is an Asian state, likely Mongolia, orange is Scandinavia (axes, by process of elimination and viking association), green/Maltese cross is Germany, blue/fleur-de-lis is France, and yellow/pentagram is an Islamic state, likely Morocco.
