Red/sun (never sets) is Britain, gray/eagle is Russia, purple/fire is an Asian state, likely Mongolia, orange is Scandinavia (axes, by process of elimination and viking association), green/Maltese cross is Germany, blue/fleur-de-lis is France, and yellow/pentagram is an Islamic state, likely Morocco.

For the green, the Maltese cross is associated with Pisa, and I thought a couple of the places seemed to have Latinate names. Honestly the only reason I said Morocco was the pentagram. Had it been a crescent I probably would have said Turkey.
