similar to my original total war rp, anything that's black is colonizable. after a short while I'll found new nations in the black stuff as well, so be wary

as the rp goes on I'll expand the map view to encompass asia and the americas

I've addressed it several times but the biggest reason is so I don't have to waste 999 colors on principalities nobody knows the names to
