Alright, I got 9 responses from the poll, so I'm going to add up the responses.
Technology tree got 5 (55.6%) of the votes and will be added.
Ideology tree got 4 (44.4%) of the votes, but I feel at least the three major world ideologies should be presented, so it will be partially added.
Calculated economy and production got 1 vote each, while calculated battles got 3. None of them will be added.
All 3 miscellaneous mechanics - global tension, great powers, and multilateral alliances beyond Allies, Axis, and Comintern - were voted in with 7, 6, and 5 votes respectively.
Time advancement was quite the split vote; 6mo/d got the most votes (4), followed by 1mo/d and 12mo/d (2 each), and finally 3mo/d (1 each). I'll go with the majority at 6mo/d, but as there were a few votes for slower time periods, when there is a war between two great powers time will be cut to half speed (3mo/d).
Representing nations via shields vs flags was a split response, with 4 voting for shields, 4 voting for flags, and 1 abstention. I will go with shields because it's what I already have made.
The eight great power was voted to be Japan (6 votes) over the Ottomans (3 votes), which is a decision I agree with.
