I've joined Luna and spent the last few hours setting up a crude base at -500, 1500

The plan is to establish a main headquarters atop one of the nearby mountains

because I was at work (volunteering, actually) and my computer auto restarted because forget windows update
i'll probably push another update today, with chunk loaders and probably iron chests

Only like 6 people playing so chunk loaders shouldn't cause any problems unless someone goes overboard

Anyway to the other two Lunas and anyone else planning to join us, I'm going to be laying down the foundation of an observatory-type building atop one of the massive mountains not far from where we're located now (to watch the moon, of course), I just wanted to get a jetpack first so I could easily survey the top without climbing a steep cliff face above cloud level

I'm mostly just going to put up a shell so we can have a place to put our things and start filling it in and fleshing everything out as a team

no it isnt. just download the FTB launcher, press 'edit modpack' for FTB lite 3, add the mods that are in the pack in the OP, then join the server normally through FTB
