can run older OSes just fine, but i didnt really think about how intensive it is to run windows 10 ontop of windows 7

no it only has 3gb of ram

well it was only a VM, and it said it because I probably was maxing out my RAM usage and it probably still wasnt enough for windows 10 to run.
