You have no Idea how hard that is for a Tyrannosaurus. Being that they are taller than the wall.

Well. Two options.
Left, twords nearly certain death. (There's an M1A2 Abrams Main Battle Tank. Could outrun it's turning speed.. maybe.)

That's a radio tower.

And the ladder, would end up snapping the neck of the Tyranno. Just picture a T-rex falling head first downwards, and snapping neck.
