Make it almost impossible to clear your record.

Don't make a criminal job. Make a penalized job. Citizens that do evil and that go to jail, when they come out, they have a "sub job class," they're "penalized citizens", they are simply Citizens that are screwed over and have more of a hard time getting out of the slop job name that they have. So you don't enforce chaos on your server.

Suggestion: A new arrest system. Batoned criminals are forced to sit down for 5-10 seconds before being teleported to jail, giving other people an opportunity to free him at the cost of demerits.

Not gonna lie - I'm looking forward to this.

Will there be an economy system which affects labor output and salaries?  Also, restricting events which allow criminals to abuse (kill, addvelocity, respawn, or vceretrocheck) are a must.  The same can be said for any weapon Guns Akimbo or above.  But I assume you already have that handled.  Reduce the admin work load of chasing down individual builds and players on mad killing sprees so they can actually focus on playing he game.

One thing I have noticed about City RPGS is the fact that once you get past a certain point financially, the game becomes really boring and most people end up abandoning it. I suggest adding a "countryside" to the city, with bigger plot spaces for the the more wealthy and advanced of the game. This may or may not add to the life-span of the City RPG and may make it more interesting. Just a minor suggestion. Looking forward to playing on this server
