i'll have you know i have been moderating the mojo jojo x bubbles fanfic club on steam for over 2 years now

And the email I used to purchase this account was in my name. He used my credit card info.
what are you talking about with credit card info? there's no credit card info anywhere on there. If you mean when you bought the game, yeah, that's kinda a given as with literally any paypal transaction involving credit cards but I seriously doubt he kept it. Plus, any info on those profiles you willingly gave up when you signed up and filled in the fields. you gave it up for the whole internet to see. not sure what your point is.

i felt like i just read the 4chan version of the navy seal copypasta
Or it could be people asked me what I've done in the past three years and I told them. It's not like any of those things is jumping out of a helicopter and pistol whipping Osama.

Separate emails per accounts with extremely different names. He ID'd me with my credit card since all but my original account are on it(know one seems to know which this one is. Kinda makes me laugh).

It's possible, and it's also possible he just used your IP. Neither of which he gave out, still private.

changing an email and name doesn't make it any less difficult to find out who you are.

for example: you got the IP address, you got the key history to said IP address, and even then the number to your credit card to badspot would most likely be known as **** **** **** 4212 or some crap

Because that's his job, not some random starfishs. An admin is supposed to be fair and impartial. An admin doesn't badger people into fights.

You're acting as if Badspot told him to goad you into breaking a rule so he could ban you. As far as I can tell, he told cheese to warn him if you do anything and report it. From then on, wouldn't it be up to Badspot's judgement on what to do with you and your account? The only involvement Dreams_Of_Cheese would have in the process would be giving the Badspot a heads up if you're richarding around.

It's pretty obvious that your administrative experience isn't exactly up to par if you can't see this situation from other people's point of view. You talk about how admins should be fair and impartial yet you want badspot to favor you because that's how you feel the situation should be handled.

I currently have two different ISP's and they've changed since I last had an account. I'll readily admit I don't know if the computers specific IP is shown or if it's the networks IP though.

Four numbers is all he needed to throw me under a bus.

So let me get this straight. You think him not throwing me under the bus for no reason would be him favoring me?

Repeat offenders are given less slack when they re-offend.
i can confirm this

"Throwing under the bus"?? Nobody would even care who you are if you didn't post a vague insult directed towards pretty much everyone in this thread.

I think it's fair to tell people who you're an alt of, no matter the context. It's not exactly something that's hidden and it wouldn't even have been that much of an issue in the first place had you not posted that insult in the first place. Or even tried to make it out to be like you were some sort of victim of harassment afterwards.

If I have to come off as the biggest piece of stuff in the history of the world to prove that what he did was absolutely wrong then so be it. Everyone is entitled to a second chance and everyone is entitled to their own personal privacy.

Ah, I see.  It's not your fault for acting like an ass for multiple years and getting banned a dozen times, it's my fault for telling everyone you did it.  I should have just sat back and let you abuse the public's trust for the 10th time, right?  I should have been completely complicit in your deception and in fact aided you by publicly treating you as a newcomer and not repeat offender.  Equality means ignoring all personal history and context.  This is what you actually believe?

He used my credit card info.

Oh please.  You act like you had some deep cover dark web top secret identity.  You have no opsec at all - probably because you completely lack the ability to view the world from other people's perspective.  Multiple people knew you were an alt.  Here's a refresher:

Anyone who makes more than 20 posts their first day on the forum is an alt.
Anyone who makes more than 50 posts their first day on the forum is a troll alt of someone who has been banned.

I think you were at ~55 posts when I got the info request.  I revealed your previous pseudonyms, not any real info, so take your "my human rights were violated" stuff right out of here.

So let me get this straight. You think him not throwing me under the bus for no reason would be him favoring me?
1. We've been over this man. We've been over why it's completely fair for people to know who you actually are. You can't just wipe the slate of your E-rep clean like that.
Believe it or not there are instances where people who have forgeted up repeatedly have managed to get their act together and regain peoples trust. You can do it too, you just need to, as I said, get your act together. Be nice.

2. It would be favoring because he does this to literally anyone who asks. He's done it probably a dozen times before and it's nothing new.

Equality means treating everyone the same. I was gone for two years. In that time, no one has or had any idea what I've done or been doing. Two years is a long time. Especially on the internet. I'm not saying human rights were violated, just the level of privacy I'd give anyone else was. I wasn't trying to hide that I was an alt, just who the main account was. Even that probably I'd probably tell people after I'd been here for a few weeks.

yea it kind of sucks having your personal history thrown at you like a weapon but it doesn't happen unless you're being an instigator; hell, i can't even remember the last time someone made fun of me for being a problem user
