All you're entitled to is the option to not spend the money on a new account. Since you did buy another account, you're subjected to the same rules and restrictions as everyone else. If you can't function under these rules when plenty of other people can, it's kinda your problem, not theirs.

Stuff like that can be tracked down easily. Although on the forums so you can't see other people's IPs, they can be found very easily. Also, I think there was a website that shows all of the IDs one ID traces to and from.
