Can the "No Ban Evasion" rule please be re-enforced?

I agree, re-implementing IP bans is for the best.

theres way too many problematic people that just come back and cause more problems immediately afterwards, and most of these people who keep returning end up getting doing nothing but causing problems.

I'd say after being banned like 2-3 times a IP ban should be issued out.

well then have the person set to Ban-on-sight or something, as soon as they're discovered to be a previous problem user, they get banned.

It worked with Lord tony and Marbleman, it'll probably work with the rest of the problem users here

It should depend on what they are banned for. I they are banned for 2 weeks and come back the first day of their ban on an alt the alt should be permanently banned. If they are permanently banned for accidently forgetting to snip something bannable they should be able to come back. If they spam the forums they should not be allowed back.

And he did it because he could. If there was a rule against it, he would have sat it out, just like I sat out of mine.

What jubel is saying isn't to permaban anyone who has alt accounts and uses them, but that if you're on your 3rd or 4th that a serious judgement call needs to be made on whether or not you should ever be allowed back, alt accounts or not.

but what I'm wondering is what does he expect the punishment for ban evasion to be? permaban the alt but not the main account? apply the temp ban to the alt as well? permaban both? idk.
