Because sometimes emulators just aren't as clean and crisp as a genuine consome

A decent VC system on a next gen console is better.

Because y'know not everyone has these old consoles. I don't own my PS1 anymore, lol.

Honestly I don't see how this would be much of a big deal. I could easily go another site and get the same games, more complete and probably cheaper too. Now if they were selling these at the retail stores themselves, then I would be pretty intrigued. Of course that would never happen for obvious reason, but eh.

I think you can actually buy them at the stores now too

In all honesty this is good for me. My game room has like 8 consoles (new and old) and i need to expand their libraries.

Yeah you're right.

It's not Gamestop's responsibility to provide older games for download anyways. This is good for collectors.
