Not a bug, its intended. Just go to where the gold-hemmed set is and wait a bit, and then run straight back to the fog gate without being hit. He'll try to lunge at you, but will miss and end up hanging off the cliff. You can hit him 4 times and he'll fall.

Prison break heist in GTA V Online.... That is the WORST mission ever. We had almost finished the mission and one of my heist members said, "Look out for the heli and give him room to land". You would never guess what happened, some one decided to run under my helicopter and get killed right as I was landing. So we then had to do the mission all over again from the start about 30 more times. It took us about 3 to 4 hours just to finish something that should take 30 minutes at the most.

thats less of the missions fault and more of your teammates fault.
