I have an offer to upgrade to Windows 10 for free, if you guys could give me information on pros and cons and all that, I would be grateful, I really want to know if Windows 10 would actually be an upgrade or a downgrade.

yeah, everyone gets the free upgrade. it's better in my opinion, and i actually like windows 8.1

Windows 10 is shaping up to be the best so far, except for one thing.

These god damn loving circles someone at microsoft is trying to force on everyone, everywhere where there is a user picture, it gets cropped into a damn circle.

They better fix it and bring back the square user pics because I may actually be tempted to stick with 8.1 if these circles stay.

No this is absolute false information.

Windows 10 is not a subscription server, if you own windows 7 or 8 you can upgrade to window 10 for free within a year if you do now you have to buy windows like you would when you upgraded from say vista to 7.

Once you upgrade to windows 10 its free, your existing key becomes a windows 10 key.

It's pretty much Windows 8 fixed and Windows 8.1, but better. You'd be a fool to not upgrade.

get windows 10, i've only heard good things about it. i'll be happily upgrading to it shortly after it launches.
